Summer Bake Camp

2018 BAKE CAMP DETAILS
Sign your kids up for summer fun in the kitchen! We have classes for children 5-8 and 9-12 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 1:00-4:30. Choose between 2 different half-day classes: Cookie Class or Cake Decorating Class. Classes will be taught by one of our Directors and assisted by young adults. Each kid will receive a Rao’s Bake Camp T-Shirt, award, and take home all the products they made. Campers now have the option to take home their Rao’s Chef’s Hat and Oven Mitt for only $25 extra.

COOKIE CLASS
Cookie class is for the kids that don’t mind getting messy! Cookies are made by scratch; enabling campers the opportunity to learn what ingredients are, what each does in the baking process, and how to properly follow directions and measurements. Children will learn how to roll the cookie dough and use cookie cutters to make different shapes and designs. They will then decorate them using freshly made icing.
CAKE DECORATING CLASS
Cake class is primarily focused on decorating each camper’s individual cakes. The children are taught how to fill and use pastry bags, what tips are, the difference between each tip, and most importantly, how to properly ice and decorate cakes. Campers leave confident and excited to show mom and dad their “sweet” new skills.
In both classes, be ready to bring home plenty of goodies!
REGISTER FOR BAKE CAMP
Classes are $60 per child, per class, and payment is required to secure your child a spot. Each camper will receive a Rao’s T-Shirt and now has the option to take home their Bake Camp apron for only $15 extra. Classes fill up fast so register early!
